Our Broking fees are negotiable based on the Mandate received and services rendered. The fees are based on tariffs as suggested by the South African Property Owners Association www.sapoa.org.za and The Estate Agents Affairs Board  www.eaab.org.za which are:

SALES   :         6% on the first R2 million

                       3,5% on the next R1 million

                       2,5% on the balance                             +  14%   Vat

LEASES:          5%  of the first 2 years’ income

                       2,5% of the next 3 years’ income

                       1,5% of the next 3 years’ income

                       1% on the balance                                +   14%  Vat

NOTE: New legislation decrees that ALL broking fees are negotiable  and should be determined prior to issuing a Mandate. The LEASING fees are payable when the tenant moves in to your premises PROVIDING  the lease is signed, deposit paid and  and the first month's rent has been received by the Landlord.

Commission on sales are paid by the Attorney handling the Transfer of the property to the buyer.
