Graham has been a commercial property broker since 1983 and was a founder Associate of RE/MAX Southern Africa when it was established in 1996.

He has accomplished some of the largest property sales in Cape Town over the past years, notably the Nedbank building St. Georges Mall, Standard Bank Building Adderley Street, the old Eskom Head Office on the Foreshore and the Omnia Building in Bellville. Pricing ranged from R3 million to R13 million.

Most recently he has been involved in developing apartment blocks in Bellville.

Ronald has been involved in commercial and industrial property since mid 80's. He has gained experience and honed his skills in the entire Western Cape, having worked for JHI Real Estate for over 10 years. 

He is a Registerd Professional Associated Valuer and recently was involved with Capital Gains Tax Valuations. Ronald is based in Tokai and primarily serves the southern suburbs, including the sought after new business nodes Capricorn Park and Westlake Business Park.

Bernard started his career in the property market with Alphen Real Estate, Meadowridge in 1993 where he worked as Rental and Estate Agent as well as Business Broker. He specialised in the Southern Suburbs. When the principal retired, he purchased the agency which he operated until 1998.

Last year, Bernard represented Just Letting in the Helderberg area. Earlier this year he joined RE/MAX as Commercial & Investment Broker serving the area Rondebosch to Tokai and also the Helderberg area. He is a member of the IEA of SA and recently completed his NQF4 exam.

Brent is the Technical Assistant @ RE/MAX Commercial City and has had training in the IT field. He ensures that all data published is as up-to-date as possible.
